Just as the first rays of sunlight break through the darkness of night, Alba was born with the purpose of catalyzing a wave of transformation in Public Education - with humility, intentionality, commitment to results, and a bold educational vision.
We work to provoke a deep, yet cautious, reflection on traditional teaching methods and the learning gaps accumulated over time. Our mission is, above all, to support public school systems in facing the current challenges of restructuring with consistent, evidence-based pedagogical strategies that translate into real changes in the classroom.
Our goal is to strengthen an education that guarantees essential learning and promotes the holistic development of all students. We believe that systemic changes are built step by step: in each pedagogical decision, in each restructuring strategy, in listening to the various actors involved, and in the continuous commitment to reducing inequalities and building practices guided by equity.

We integrate diagnosis, training, intervention, and follow-up to ensure consistency and continuity in recovery strategies. By connecting data, technical teams, and schools, we strengthen daily implementation and support the Network in adjusting its course throughout the cycle.

We prioritize what is fundamental for all students, paying special attention to those who need it most. By consolidating the essentials, we expand the conditions for a more intentional, active, and relevant education in students' lives, promoting holistic development.
