How we operate
To support the Networks in their end-to-end restructuring strategy, we have structured an integrated work plan to address everything from diagnosis to classroom intervention. Respecting the needs and limitations of each Network, we aim to deliver what truly matters – reducing inequalities and ensuring learning for all.
Diagnosis and Analysis
With the Clarear Platform, we deliver all the indicators and trends for VAAR in an integrated and easy-to-read format. This way, the technical team has all the data they need to understand the current situation.
To contextualize the data, we conducted interviews, document analysis, and on-site visits to diagnose the ongoing restructuring actions within the network, the perceptions of teachers and management, as well as the effectiveness of what has already been done.
To make the diagnosis even more thorough, we prepared a report, clearly and accessibly recording all the analyses performed by our technical team, along with some recommendations and points of observation.

Training and implementation
We enhance the understanding of indicators and bonus mechanisms by providing training to support management teams in understanding VAAR (Value Added Assessment and Review), interpreting evidence, and making more consistent pedagogical decisions throughout the cycle.
We provide training on best practices for school restructuring to inspire the Network on the next steps and to encourage exchange between school units.
Through co-creation sessions, we support the Network in building a work plan, which can be monitored and updated with each new deliverable of the Clarear Platform.

Classroom intervention
To complete the cycle, Alba delivers classroom materials focused on evidence-based learning recovery, offering all the necessary support in implementing the strategies, with local training and ongoing follow-up to strengthen their implementation in daily school life.

Pilot Project: the first ray of light to illuminate the path.
We understand that starting a new project in a Municipal Network can be challenging, so we are opening up the opportunity for some Secretaries who have not yet qualified for VAAR and wish to understand Alba's work in practice, to participate in a pilot project, with access to the Clarear platform and a training workshop of up to 4 hours.
